Preliminary Programme (draft outline)
Below is a preliminary sketch of the week’s schedule, subject to slight adjustments. The programme combines workshops, cultural visits, and academic exchanges:
• Day 1 (Sunday) – Arrival, welcome and ice-breaking activities.
• Days 2–5 (Monday–Thursday) – Thematic workshops on digital systems, eco-design, biology, and energy; laboratory visits (including the LARIS Laboratory);
and student interactions.
• Day 3 or 4 – Cultural focus in Angers: museum or heritage visit, open-air café (“guinguette”), street art tour, or similar local experience.
• Day 6 (Friday) – Workshop restitution session with mini-posters or demonstrations by participants.
• Day 7 (Saturday) – Departure and end of the programme.
GSU & NDS Involvement
Within this partnership, GSU and NDS play an essential role in preparing and supporting student participation:
• Selection of students and supervision throughout the stay.
• Management of international transport and insurance.
• Communication and coordination with students’ families.
This collaboration ensures academic guidance, safety, and communication between all partners, facilitating a smooth and enriching international experience for participants.
