Admission

Once you have been admitted, you will receive a link for registration and payment. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer and French cheque.

Fees include tuition, welcoming and teaching materials, coffee breaks, weekday lunches, scheduled excursions and extracurricular activities during the course. Fees do not cover the costs of passports, visas, health insurance, travel to and from Angers, dinners or breakfasts. The University of Angers is also unable to provide a scholarship.

After we have received your fee, your enrollment is final.

Payment methods

Online payment by Credit Card

Once you have been admitted to the summer school, we will send you a link to a registration and payment form. Please fill in the applicant information and the emergency contact sections, select your programme and "credit card". You will be directed to a secured online payment page. You will then receive an email confirming that your paiement has been validated.

Bank transfer

If you cannot pay via credit card, it is possible to make a bank transfer. Your enrollment is final only after acknowledgment of payment. We advise you to pay as soon as possible to guarantee your spot in the program. Please instruct your bank to make the payment in Euros and note that if your bank charges any international transfer costs, you need to pay these as well.

Please use the following bank details and clearly state your name + the name of your Summer School + the code 935 as reason for transfer. Send us your notification of payment by email and we will acknowledge receipt of the payment as soon as we receive it. It takes a few days, sometimes a few weeks, so make sure you pay before the deadline.

French cheque

You can also pay by French cheque filled to the order of l'Agent comptable de l'Université d'Angers. Please contact us first if you wish to use this payment method.

Visa applications

Depending on your nationality, you might need a Schengen visa (short stay visa) for entering France. Check if you need one on https://www.schengenvisainfo.com/france-visa/ and contact the French Embassy in your country for detailed information regarding the process.

If you are concerned by a visa application, please ask us for an official invitation letter as soon as you have paid the participation fees and your enrollment is final. Visa applications should be made well in advance as procedures may take a long time. Students are responsible for obtaining their visa in time for the Summer school.

However, participants whose visa application is refused can get a refund of their participation fees (proof of refusal is required before May 17).
