Angers Summer Schools 2020: Cancelled


With the global impact from the ongoing spread of COVID-19, the University of Angers has taken the decision to cancel the 2020 Summer Schools.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this cancellation may cause but we hope you understand why this decision has been made.
The Summer Schools fees will be fully refunded to students. The Angers Summer Schools will be back in 2021. Courses with new dates and new application deadline will be published by the end of the year.

  • Cardiopulmonary auscultation
  • Bronchial fibroscopy
  • First-aid procedures
  • Newborn Care and Pediatric Resuscitation
  • Gynecological examination and childbirth
  • Urinary drainage
  • Surgical Sutures
  • Laparoscopy
  • Emergency communication
  • Breaking bad news
  • Neurological examination and lumbar puncture
  • Team work and high-fidelity simulation

Immersion day in an operating room or in an emergency department :

  • Visceral surgery
  • Pediatric
  • Urology
  • Vascular surgery
  • Medical intensive care
  • Surgical resuscitation

Courses organisation and attendance

Courses take place on the simulation center and in locations within the hospital, from Monday to Friday.

You must participate in all courses.

A certificate of attendance and 6 ECTS will be delivered at the end of the program.
